This is the Pawl Ratchet assembly for use with the Santa Maria Grill Plans it is a great substitute to use in place of the sprocket system shown on the plans. The Pawl gear is laser cut out of quarter inch thick plate. The Pawl Ratchet lever is laser cut from 3/8 inch thick plate. It is bored for 1/2 inch roundbar. The gear diameter is approx 6 inches.
