Pawl Ratchet assembly for Santa Maria Grill Pro Series

The Pro Series Pawl Ratchet Assembly is available for use with Santa Maria Grill and Argentina Grill builds that are designed with ½ inch, ¾ inch, and 1 inch round bar shafts. The Pawl gear is approx 5¾" in diameter and laser cut out of quarter inch thick plate. The Pawl Ratchet lever is laser cut from 3/8 inch thick plate and the overall assembly is approx. 12 inches long from tip to tip. This assembly comes with a stainless steel 4 inch long spring handle that is friction fit onto the shaft but can easily be removed during assembly then tacked back in place for a super clean look and feel.
