We combined the great flavor of one of our Guatemalan coffees with an American favorite: Toasted Southern Pecan. With the natural sweetness of the Guatemala bean and the flavor of pecan this has been a great pairing. This coffee is roasted to a full medium roast and goes good with any desert or just a cup of goodness by itself. All proceeds go to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Victoria Texas.
