We roast it Medium to bring out the rich full body that prolongs sweet notes and a subtle cinnamon spice finish. Coffee grown in Guatemala usually are known for having a full body and a rich chocolate/cocoa flavor, plus a toffee-like sweetness. Grown in the Antigua region of Guatemala at high elevation and ideally suited for growing coffee beans. Guatemalan coffee is known for its distinctive fruited and chocolate flavors. Guatemalan coffees are true Central American coffees. This is a memorable coffee from the Antigua Valley, the Hunapu Lot 15 Micro-lot.
