Organic Mexico Oaxaca Fair Trade Coffee

Our coffee from Mexico is from an Award-Winning single plantation (not a blend). Our Mexican beans are grown on a high altitude farm in Oaxaca, just above the rainforests and located in Southern Mexico. This area is one of the best coffee growing regions in Central America. Tasting notes include dark chocolate, walnut, lime.and toffee with a creamy textured finish. This coffee is grown at an altitude of 3,300 feet in the southern tip of Mexico in what used to be Mayan territory. Reminiscent of Mexican Chocolate; this coffee has a nice chocolatey flavor. There is a nutty component and finishes with a lime that complements well. This coffee makes for an excellent start to your day. We roast different coffees on different days. Please expect to receive your coffee 7 to 10 days after ordering. We ship the next morning after roasting and you will receive it within 3-4 days of it's roast date.
