Candle Tins: Approximately 8 oz About our Candles and Wax Melts We ONLY use all-natural soy wax and the very best phlatlate-free fragrance oils in our candles and wax melts. We hand pour them in small batches, taking the care to make each one perfect. Our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 30-40 hours. It is important to trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn. During your first burn allow the candle to burn for approximately 3 hours to create a wax pool that reaches the edge of the tin. This sets the "memory" of the candle to reduce the chance of tunneling. Our wax melts are packaged in a clam shell container that contains 6 cubes. Each cube lasts approximately 10 hours. Two cubes is perfect for scenting a small or medium sized room.
