Batch #7 of this very special bourbon continues the legacy of Dead Buck. We've barrel aged high-rye bourbon in premiere, select oak barrels for 13 years!Before being filled with straight bourbon whiskey, these unique barrels, made from the heart of oak trees, are air-dried for three years and then charred...The result is an extraordinary bourbon with a subtle oak nose that moves into the mid-palate smoothly with notes of rye spice, plum and currant, and finishes with a hint of smoke...Dead Buck is a truly unique bourbon that continues to delight the senses anew with each year that it spends aging. This batch has spent 13 years in the barrel and is superb! Please note that, when available, Dead Buck can only be picked up at one of our Vermont tasting rooms. Dead Buck cannot be shipped.
