Pachypodium lamerei ‘Madagascar Palm’

It is not a true palm, but a succulent plant native to Madagascar. The plant produces a single spiny trunk topped by a spray of long narrow leaves that give it the appearance of a small palm tree.  Plant Care Light: Bright light to full sun. Water: Allow soil to dry between thorough watering. Additionally: During the winter, it will shed most of its leaves, only to regrow them in the spring.
