Washington DC Sunset Monument Surf Hat. The patch is solid and is stitched on a great lightweight surf hat. It's super lightweight and great for packing. Perfect for the summer and fall. We design our patches and stitch them on ourselves. Made from 100% recycled Nylon. We never iron-on or heat-press patches. We carefully sew on each patch. We make sure they are straight and take our time to make each one great. Trust us, they are not coming off. Many patch hats sold online are produced quickly by heat pressing the patch onto a hat with glue. This glue wears down and over time the patch will start peeling and may eventually fall off.
