New Years Eve Hat

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! Everyone Else Have A NYE Hat, Your Piggy Definitely Needs One To Ring In The New Year!! The top hat is black plastic and accented with a NYE ribbon and some gold and silver stars. The hat is about 4 inches around. Elastic string is used to secure it to your piggy's head. IMPORTANT⁉️: Please measure your pigs NECK (closer near their ears) with a soft tape measure in inches to know which is the right size black elastic to choose for your pig. I will add length to the elastic to allow for your piggy's growth. I would advise measuring at least 2-3 times since they wiggle and squirm so much (lots of Cheerios help).
