The ST9 Snow Guard is 9" in overall length, designed for installation with new asphalt shingle roofs and retro-fit installation on synthetic slate or shake roofs. New installation requires a minimum of three (3) ring-shank nails per snow guard while retro-fit installation uses two (2) Woodbinder Eclipse Fasteners (sold separately).
