17th Street BBQ APPLE CITY RED 16 oz

This award-winning BBQ sauce is from 17th Street BBQ in Murphysboro, Illinois. Based on the legendary Mike Mills' original recipes, APPLE CITY RED contains ketchup, vinegar, and mustard and is a sweeter sauce with a little heat at the end. Mike was the co-captain of the Apple City Barbecue team and one of the most celebrated pitmasters in the country.  He was a four-time World Champion and three-time Grand World Champion at Memphis in May, otherwise known as the Super Bowl of Swine.
