Burlap and Barrel Green Cloud Cardamon

This cardamom is grown on a single estate biodynamic farm in the cloud forests of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, using traditional organic methods. It is sweet and tart, reminiscent of summer fruits, fresh herbs and cut grass.
