SPE GT500 Drag Vertical Links SPE Motorsport GT500 Drag Vertical links are the first step in helpingeliminate wheel hop and the only ones allowing the use of a 17" wheel. SPE Motorsport's GT500 Drag Vertical links are designed with CNC machined Delrin bushings and 304 stainless sleeves inside a 6061 billet aluminum housing. This design gives excellent performance with zero deflection. SPE has also engineered our Drag vertical links to clear most 17" wheels to allow fitment of a smaller drag wheel on the back of your gt500. When launching at the drag strip they help keep the tires planted instead of hopping while trying to grip. The stock vertical link rubber bushings flex under cornering loads giving you inconsistent handling characteristics. SPE’s billet construction eliminates bushing flex, giving you much improved repeatability on the street, starting line, or in the corners.
