The patent pending CNC Convex Knurling process (CKP) on the SPE pulleys offers a perfect balance between belt grip and wear. The machining process allows the rib surface to offer varying grip under different belt loads. Under minimal boost (light Throttle) the belt tension is lower at the pulley face. The process offers a low load area for the belt to have normal factory like contact on the rib face allowing the belt to wear less over time.
