Residential Maintenance Clean

When you just need an extra hand around the house. We offer residential maintenance cleaning one-time, weekly, or bi-weekly. Our residential maintenance clean package includes the following: Dusting of all easily reached surfaces (including window sills) Sweep/Mop/Vacuum of all flooring surfaces Kitchen clean up (excludes interior of fridge & oven*)  Wiping counter tops & spot cleaning faces of cabinetry Bathrooms (mirrors/shower/tub/toilet) Making beds Emptying trash Maintenance Cleans are priced based on square footage.  Weekly rate is .06 per square foot Biweekly rate is .07 per square foot. One-time clean rate is .08 per square foot  * - Denotes available service for an additional charge
