Waist Beads or also called a Tie On Belly Chain All Beads come at a 60 inch length - if you need longer please add the measurement into the notes at checkout :)  Handmade on cotton thread. Simply tie on (allow some room for breathing) and they will last until you take them off or they no longer stay up.  I use them for weight loss as they keep me off the scale keeping my mental health in check and not obsessing over the scale. There is also a great history and culture meaning behind them so please research if you're are interested in learning more as the history and culture behind them is so interesting :)
