Use the lather to wash your body, then rinse thoroughly with water. Ingredients Fair trade Shea butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Cocoa Butter, Castor Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Kaolin Clay, Fragrance Oil. Weight Appx 4oz    Perform a patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
