Handmade Soap - Shea Butter - Mermaid Dust Vibrant layers of purple, pink and blue sprinkled with tiny curls then dusted with cosmetic safe glitter. Mermaid dust is a lovely blend of hyacinth, lily of the valley, violets and wild jasmine. Great for all ages.
