Mid Shift (Dark Roast)

The Mid Shift single-origin is a dark roast with big body, dark chocolate, and smoke. Grown in the Sumatra region of Indonesia, this Arabica coffee thrives in the region’s high-altitude and volcanic soil. The coffee plants are hand-picked and processed using a method unique to Sumatra. This product is offered in 6 oz samples, 12 oz and 5 lb options. Coffee is available whole bean or ground for home brewer.  Our coffee is roasted, ground upon request, and then packaged immediately to ensure freshness.
