Indoors: a sunny south- or west-facing window is perfect. Outdoors: full sun, but if you live somewhere super hot, give it a little afternoon shade.  Water Follow the “soak and dry” rule: water thoroughly, then let soil dry completely before watering again. Spring & summer (growing season): water every 2–3 weeks depending on how fast soil dries. Fall & winter (dormant period): cut back a lot—maybe once a month or less. Overwatering = root rot, its #1 enemy.  Temperature & Humidity Loves 70–80°F (21–27°C) in summer. Can tolerate cooler temps (down to about 50°F / 10°C) if kept dry. Not frost-hardy—bring indoors if temps drop below freezing.
