String of Pearls 6"
Light: • Provide bright, indirect light for optimal growth. • It can tolerate some direct sunlight, especially in the morning, but avoid harsh afternoon sun to prevent leaf burn. • In lower light conditions, growth may become leggy, with the pearls spacing out. Watering: • Water sparingly. Let the soil dry out between waterings to avoid root rot. • During the growing season (spring and summer), water more regularly, about once every two weeks. • Reduce watering in winter when the plant is dormant, as it requires less moisture during this time. Soil: • Use a well-draining soil mix such as cactus or succulent soil. • Ensure your pot has drainage holes to prevent water from pooling at the bottom, which can lead to root rot. Temperature & Humidity: • String of Pearls prefers temperatures between 70-80°F in summer. • In winter, it can tolerate slightly cooler temperatures, but it should stay above 50°F • It prefers a dry environment and does well in average indoor humidity.
