SoCal Swordfight Partner Packages

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at SoCal Swordfight 2025! We're excited to offer you the opportunity to showcase your products and services to over 1,100 engaged HEMA enthusiasts. The cost for a standard vendor space is $500. Additional spaces may be purchased. The space purchased will be yours for the entire event. Also, vendors will be located in-doors at SoCal Swordfight 2025. Important Notes for Vendors Food vendors require special permissions; sampling is permitted No overhead canopies allowed Wi-Fi access is available, but consider bringing a backup internet solution if crucial for your operations
