Timo first became involved with HEMA through his love of armor. Now, after a dozen years in the community, Timo is known mainly as the resident armor expert and sword grabber. He has medals in cutting, longsword, messer, and armored combat, though most of his involvement with HEMA recently has been judging and setting up silly tournaments for others to practice their judging at.
