Marmalata di Pompelmo (grapefruit marmalade)

Is this a Tuscan sunrise in a jar? A little sweet, a tad bitter, a touch sour. Marmalata is Italian, made with the whole fruit so there is no waste. This is a softer set marmalade as the focus is the fruit, not the sugar. Enjoy on bread, toast or a scone!
