The handles are precision milled in Utah out of 7075 aluminum, the same high-zinc alloy used in aerospace construction. These channel-style handles are contoured, knurled, and weighted for fast and controlled flipping. The handles are type II anodized for improved abrasion and corrosion resistance. The custom-made pivots are micro adjustable and include a hand tuned bushing and phosphor bronze washers, a combination that provides incredible strength and silky smooth flips. The knife utilizes custom made zen pins.The Tanto-style blade is made from AEB-L, a steel prized by custom knifemakers for its great toughness, high hardness, and corrosion resistance.
