Aged Pecorino di Montalcino Wheel

IMPORTED FROM ITALY  Aged Pecorino Montalcino is made of 100% Italian sheep's milk and it is produced in Montalcino , a small rural town in  Tuscany. This  delicious semi-hard artisan cheese is perfect for a cheese plate!    Average wheel weight varies from 4lb to 4.5lb.    Ingredients Pasteurized Sheep Milk, ,rennet, salt , lactic starters. Rind treated with natamycin ( a mold inhibitor).Contains milk, may contain pistachio & walnuts. Rind colored with synthetic iron oxide, the rind is not edible. How to store keep refrigerated. For best before date see back label.
