Prisma Hanging #46

I keep exploring designs with different kinds of crystals. Prisma #46 marks the debut of the long drop. Dramatic and stylized, this mobile was designed all around it. The light effect of this long crystal is really hard to photograph. It gives one large rainbow, but there are lots of other fun effects that you can see both in the crystal and on the surfaces where it's casting its shadow - make sure that you watch the video. It's complemented by a small hexagon and a 30mm ball, always a guarantee for lots of rainbows! The mobile is about 13" long by 4" wide. It hangs from a 9" long chain and brass ring.
