A member of the Mint family, Lavender has small aromatic buds that have a myriad of uses both internal and external. INDICATIONS Nausea/Indigestion Colic/Vomiting Nervousness/Anxiety, with digestive upset Headache (external) Pulls/Sprains/Contusions (external) Burns (external) DOSAGE Essential Oil: topical use as needed Ointment: as needed Spirit (tincture): 10-20 drops 2-3 times a day OTHER USES Lavender filled pillows, or eye-packs are known for their relaxing and soothing properties. Lavender water can be used in baking to add a delightful hint of flavor. Lavender can also be added to teas.
