Overview The EG4 LiFePOWER4 48V V2 battery builds on the robust design and performance of its predecessor, adding new features for enhanced usability and system integration. This Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery consists of 16 UL-recognized 3.2V prismatic cells in series, delivering over 6,000 deep discharge cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD). With a nominal voltage of 51.2V and an energy capacity of 5.12kWh, it includes an internal 100A Battery Management System (BMS). The battery supports parallel connections with up to 64 units and comes with a 10-year limited warranty. Enhanced terminal connections simplify the attachment of chargers or EMP shields. The LiFePOWER4 48V V2 also features RS485 and CAN bus communication for expanded inverter compatibility, along with a new Protocol 6 DIP switch for easy inverter and battery customization. The E-Stop (Emergency Stop) rapid shutdown (RSD) feature ensures safe operation in high-risk environments, while dual on-board fire arrestors provide extra security during use.
