This means that the freight carrier will deliver the pallet to your curbside, which is generally the end of your driveway. A driver will unload the pallet on a lift gate and set the pallet typically on your driveway. The freight carrier is not responsible for delivering the pallet up your driveway or onto your property in anyway. Often times this means you are responsible to remove the goods from where they were placed by the carrier. Please plan ahead! If your order has not been processed no fees will be applied to your cancellation. However, please note that once your order has been assigned a tracking number from our shipping department, we cannot make any changes to that order.
