Elaine Fluid Flannel  Made in a 'fluid flannel' this fabric is really soft and cozy, very chic and adult, and also very very comfortable.   It's a minimalist trouser with a straight leg.  This one has a seam up the center of the leg for a distinctive detail.   It pulls on effortlessly and has zero waistband.    The rise is approx 9.8" and the inseam is approximately 28".  51% cotton, 41% viscose, 7% polyamide, 1% elastane.    Made in Austria. Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry
