Holiday Blend

Cozy • Bold • Reckless We’ve released a Holiday Blend for the last three years, but this one might be our wildest yet. At its core, it’s a classic winter pairing: a washed Papua New Guinea bringing warm brown spice and red fruit, and a natural Brazil adding chocolate, roasted nuts, and that comforting holiday-body richness you expect this time of year. The kicker is our secret ingredient. We folded in a small portion of an anaerobic natural Robusta from Vietnam — which paid off beautifully. It rounds out the sweetness, deepens the red fruit, and adds a bold, slightly bitter backbone that makes this blend feel especially cozy in cold weather. The Robusta is phenomenal on its own, but here it acts like the perfect finishing touch. This is the kind of cup you want while wrapping presents, settling in by the fire, or braving the early dark of winter. Our most adventurous Holiday Blend yet — and easily one of our favorites.
