Printed on your choice of color. If no color is added to the personalization box it will be printed on ivory. The purple color shown is called neon purple. It is not in the color chart, but it is available.  My shirt orders are placed every Tuesday at 2PM and they are ready the following Wednesday or Thursday, so they are ready for pickup within 2-9 business days depending on when the order is placed.  I can go larger than a 2X.
