2020 Cooper Hill Pinot Noir

This is a certified biodynamic pinot noir from Oregon from 2015. The parts of the whole are integrated due to a bit of bottle age so the natural acidity and minerality of the varietal is toned down a bit. Fleshy and packed with plush pinot character and pretty tops with basic, down home, American cuisine. It's not the most subtle, with the alcohol topping off at 14.25. so a big country feast would fit this bill.
