2021 Borja Perez Artifice Tinto

100% Listan Negro. Made from grapes sourced from different parcels in Ycode Daute Isora. They are vinified separately in steel and concrete, and then get into a large french oak foudre and one very old french barrique.  It rests in bottle for 8 months before release. Cool, fresh and jazzy. Hints of chicory, licorice, fresh berry, botanicals and tree bark. Moist acid that is puncturing yet firm. Fun and dancing across the palate on the melodic finish.
