2019 Nigl Grüner Veltliner

Winemaker Martin Nigl carefully rears this lovely Grüner in stainless steel and bottles at night when the wine is cold, to preserve freshness. He likes a full moon too, because the werewolves add flavor, but that's not a dealbreaker. Pear and lime peel notes, plus classic wildflower florals and grassy components characterize this wine, as well as a clean mineral finish. Just kidding about the werewolves.
