 This interesting champagne leads, unusually, with Pinot Meunier, and has far less chardonnay and pinot noir than there would normally be in a traditional champagne. This isn't the only thing that separates this exciting champagne. Franciose has been using biodynamic cultivation since the late 90s; a byproduct of a chemically sensitive son. Today he's fine, and the champagne is a winner.
