In their recently renovated cellars right in the centre of Beaune, Elsa and Cedric Ehrhart are making wines of great purity. A mixture fo Domaine and Negoce wines, reds are fully destemmed, vinification in a mix of wood and steel vats before aging in a mixture of 500, 350 and smaller barrels. A real focus on quality from vines to bottle. Aligote Dore from Savigny, like al the whites here a little fleshy and very fine.
