Reichsrat von Buhl, “Deidesheimer” Riesling Trocken

Reichstrat Von Buhl onlyuses the best grapes from their organically managed vineyards. Their Rieslingwere getting internationally recognize by the late 1800s. The “Deidesheimer” Trockenis sourced from select estate parcels. We were so intrigued by its nose uponfirst tasting with streaks of smoke and herbs. The palate is fresh and playfulwith apple and zippy lime notes. A hint of dried plum provides sweetness at thecore. A charming (dry) Riesling that will pair with a range of fish andpork preparations.
