Freshly made corn tortillas made with Heirloom corn from different regions of Mexico (color and type of corn will vary depending on availability). This tortillas are made with nixtamalized corn and masa. Each pack of tortillas is a dozen and its vacuum sealed. Keep refrigerated. INSTRUCTIONS: Place tortillas on a hot skillet, 15-20 seconds per side or until soft. OPTIONAL: you can dip them in water for 1 second to soft them up more and then place them in a hot skillet.
