Approximately 400 - 425 lb depends on how big steer is.You are 100% in control of the cut list. I am more than happy to help you in the process filling out the cut sheet.YOU WILL RECEIVE APPROXIMATELY: 40% Ground Beef 20-25% Premium Steaks (Ribeye, NY, Filet, etc.) 20-25% Roasts (Brisket, Chuck Roast, Sirloin Roast, etc.) 10-20% Other cuts (Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Marrow Bones, etc.) You will receive offal: (tongue, liver, heart, cheek and oxtail) *You have chosen to keep those or not. FREEZER SPACE: Recommend 19-21 cubic feet for storage in freezer spaceLocal pick up only. Location is in Santa Rosa at Lepe’s Foods. Delivery is optional but will include a fee.TURN-AROUND TIME: After put order in, it will be available to be pick up in 3-6 weeks.    Your deposit will be placed towards the $5000 to ensure your placement in queue. The balance $4200 will be due upon notification your order is ready in “time allotted”.
