6-Star Standard Hub Dome Connector

OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION HUB DETAILS Our 6-Star Standard Hub Dome Connector is an integral component for all Sonostar Geodesic Dome Kits and Geodesic Sphere Kits. There are more 6-star dome hubs used in every dome than any other hub. Each 6-Star hub is custom-designed to fit with 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC pipe. They all have molded holes in each arm, and a 10 degree curvature built in. If you're setting up and tearing down a lot, it's always good to have some spares. Sonostar 6-Star hubs are designed to be used with 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC tubing. Please note that there is no 1/2" dimension on these hubs. PVC pipe is measured by the inside diameter of the pipe so that the volume of air or liquid can be measured. The hubs are made of high-strength white PVC, with pre-molded holes for bolt fasteners placed 1/2" from the end of each arm.
