She Dazzled Them at the Moulin Rouge: tsavorite and pearl necklace

Part of our Bejeweled Stories series: to make this collection come alive, I wrote the short story, "Tiny Things," about mothers, daughters, birthdays, and memories. This jewel is based on At the Moulin Rouge, by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, on display at the Art Institute of Chicago. Legendary nightclub regulars at the Moulin Rouge were some of Toulouse Lautrec's beloved subjects.
