Cowl necks were popular in the 70s, this one on this dress is small compared to others. Cowl neckline is basically a loose turtleneck that hangs. The navy fitted bodice will show off an oversized neckline often worn in the 70s. The full skirt is pleated at the red waistband. The base color of the printed skirt is white with red tulips. Surrounding the tulips is a blue band with red heart shapes. There isn’t much about Craely seems to be a company that was in Great Britain and USA.
