The rage in the 70s was the halter everyone wore them from Farah Fawcett to disco queens at Studio 54.. Kelly green polyester has floral embroidery at the waist. The embroidery is actually 3 dimensional in shades of purple and black. The low Ved halter is tied with spaghetti straps. Full skirt is slightly longer in the back. There is no zipper so you have to put the dress on over your head. Measures as follows Busy 34, wain’t 25, Hips 38, length excellent condition
