Oleg Cassini is best known for dressing First Lady Jaqueline Kennedy. He diversified his business by starting The Black Tie which was sold in  select department stores. This  halter style dress with mock turtleneck is simple in design but the wow factor is the beading. The turquoise beads are done in a zig zag pattern. The dress is fully beaded  and  weighs a ton. Zips up the back. A total glam dress!
