1980s Gold Thread Wool Blend St John Suit Size 8

This dinner suit sparkles in the light . Due to the fact that there is gold threads woven into the yarn before being knitted. The jacket does have the iconic 80s shoulder pads and is a boxier fitted design. There is gold soutache trim on the collar, cuffs and down the front of the jacket. The gold with clear crystal center buttons are pur ornamental. There is a zipper down the front to close the jacket. The sleeves are straight with a loose fit. The skirt is the basic design straight down with a slight flair at the hem. There is an elastic waistband so there is no zipper in the skirt. The knit is so finely woven in this suit. Measures as follows Shoulders 15, Sleeves 24, Armhole 8, Bust 36, Waist 28, Hips 40 Length of Jacket 22, length of Skirt 19. Excellent condition
