1990's Black Sequined Creed Toronto Dress Size 8

The dress is simple in design with a low rounded neckline. What gives this dress the wow factor is the way the sequins pick up the light sewn vertically. There are 3 blue bugle beaded bows that go down the front. The 3rd which is the lowest has 2 tassels and in the back there is one large bow at the shoulder blade.  blue bugle beads are also on the hem and  around  the neckline. There isn’t a lot of information about Creed Toronto other than it was a store on downtown  on Bloor St. Measures as follows Shoulders 15, Armhole 8, Bust 36, Waist 28, Hips 38, Length 41 Excellent condition
