1960's Chinese silk 60s Dress size 8

Description : This dress comes from an estate that the woman loved in Chang Hai from the mid 50s to early 60s. The dress is of Chinese fabric which was taken to a seamstress or boutique to make into a western style dress of the time period. The dress is early 60s, the belt goes underneath the breast area to give it an umpire style. Long sleeves, zips up the back, the brown crepe was added for modesty to give the dress length and at the sleeves to give it unity. Measures: shoulders 15in, armhole 8in, sleeves 21in, bust 36in, waist 29in, hips 38in, length 41in, belt 30in.
